About the Practitioner

My name is Eric Munn, I founded my massage business in 1998 after graduating from the Somerset School of Massage Therapy. I decided to enter the massage therapy field because I was working as an exhibit designer where I spent most of my day working on a computer, not with people. Exhibit design was also pretty high pressure with people yelling at you a lot, I was always telling people to relax, so I thought I should go into a field where maybe they actually would relax. I have continued my education in several areas including chair massage, shiatsu, and Rossiter Technique.

In addition to running Home Remedy Massage, I am the program director for the massage therapy program at Fortis Institute (formerly Berdan Institute) in Wayne NJ.

My certifications include the National Certification for Massage Therapy as well as the New Jersey Certification for Massage Therapy (#26B100017300). I am also a professional member of the American Massage Therapy Association and American Massage and Bodywork Professionals.
